If it’s not the right match, simply contact our customer service team within the trial period and we’ll arrange a free pickup from your home at no cost if you’re within Greater Manila Area (GMA). For areas outside GMA, you may dispose of the mattress and provide proof of disposal to qualify for a full refund. Once the return or disposal is verified and passes a quick quality check, your refund will be processed within 14 days — making the entire process smooth, convenient, and completely risk-free.
