A lot of influencers has made reviews and videos on this, so the purchase for me was a risk but i thought theres a return policy so if ever its just a hype i will return BUT the very first time i tried the Mattress, WOW i was SOLD!!! Uninterrupted sleep, no backache in the morning, it was a very restfull sleep thanks to Emma.
We waited more than 30days to confirm and feel the comfort of our mattress but until now we are having body aches each time we wake up. Today is our 45th day. Maybe this is not the mattress for us. I hope an Emma Sleep customer service can reach out to us on this. Thank you
I have been sleeping on the mattress for about 3 weeks and I am not sure I am going to keep it. I will say that it is well made, the materials are top notch. The reason I am not completely happy is that it is on the softer side. You sink into the mattress and when I wake up many mornings my back is sore. For me I think I need a more firmer mattress that will support me better.
It was.a bit pricey but what made me decide to try it is the 100 days trial. but the very first 5 seconds on sitting on it, I already knew I won't be returning it. (unlesscit becomes defective in less than 10yrs). It was so good I can no longer sleep on a different mattress. Totally worth it!
We ordered 2 double original mattresses. There were some inconsistencies with the delivered items but I reported it immediately to Emma customer support. They were very responsive and rectified the issue right away. The delivery was fast and it was well packaged. I look forward to going to bed every night because this is the most comfortable mattress I have owned. I am glad I made the right choice. Will definitely reorder from them again for our third room.
