What I received in my own opinion is an ordinary pillows. When you cover it with the pillowcase you can no longer feel the bamboo cover.

Have to place the pillow on top of the other to feel the cloud effect. Maybe need to put more filling inside the pillow? Loves my 2 cloud pillows though.
