      the mattress only have one resistance type which is on the stiff/hard side. there should be a medium or softer option. i am having lower back pains in the morning. I think I have to spend extra for a topper to soften the mattress. I don't feel the memory foam conforming shape to my body at all.

      the pillows are ok except the dimensions. I cannot find a pillow case that could snugly fit with this small size.

      The Diamond Hybrid Mattress comes with a washable cover. Simply open the zip and separate the top from the bottom part. Wash the cover at a maximum of 60 degrees Celsius. in the washing machine. You can also wash single stains off by hand with a gentle washing detergent.

      Do not bleach. It could lose color or be damaged during bleaching.
      Do not tumble dry, instead, line dry the cover.
      Do not iron.

      Setting up has never been this easy. All you have to do is unpack, unwrap, and unroll.
